We want you to be happy with your Tide order.

30-day returns & exchanges

Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible; for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used detergents and pacs cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on us — for both change-of-mind returns and quality issues, Tide covers the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Non-returnable

Custom items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened hygiene-sensitive products.

Cancellation
